Common questions about ordering, delivery, payment, and storage year-round.
We recommend placing orders at least 2-3 weeks in advance, especially for large orders. However, we may be able to accommodate rush orders depending on our schedule. Contact us to check availability.
The only gluten-free and dairy-free vegan option available is our chocolate-covered strawberries. Other menu items cannot be altered.
Custom Orders
Cancellations made 7+ days before pickup are eligible for a refund or store credit. Within 7 days, orders are non-refundable as preparation has begun. Changes are subject to availability.
Events & Catering
Cancellations made 14+ days before the event receive store credit for the deposit. Within 14 days, the deposit is non-refundable. Within 7 days, the full balance is due. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may include a fee.
At this time, we offer pickup in Mississauga only. Delivery is not provided directly. If you’d like to arrange delivery through Uber Package or a similar service, you’re welcome to do so. Please note that clients are responsible for booking and tracking their delivery.
Customization is what we do best. You can mix and match flavors, frostings, colors, and decorations. Share your vision with us and we will bring it to life.
For the best quality and freshness, we recommend keeping all desserts refrigerated and as cold as possible until ready to enjoy. Chocolate-covered strawberries can be enjoyed chilled or left at room temperature for a short period before serving. Cupcakes topped with buttercream are best enjoyed after sitting at room temperature for approximately 1 hour, allowing the buttercream to soften and reach the perfect texture. Our signature pie tubs, trays, and mini cups are best enjoyed cold straight from the fridge. Specific storage instructions will be provided with your order.
We understand plans can change. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify your order. Changes made more than 7 days before the event can usually be accommodated at no extra charge.
